Gala FC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and development-focused environment for all players. Player welfare is a top priority, and we take any concerns regarding conduct, communication, or training standards seriously.
Coaching Standards
All Gala FC coaches are expected to uphold professional standards of conduct, maintain respectful communication, and create a positive training environment. Coaches are required to comply with club policies, league regulations, and applicable SafeSport and background screening requirements.
Reporting Concerns
Gala FC encourages open and direct communication. Any concerns regarding coaching behavior, player treatment, or club operations must be reported directly to the club so they can be properly reviewed.

Anonymous posts on social media or third-party platforms are not considered an official reporting channel and do not allow the club to investigate or address concerns appropriately.
