Meet Coach Brian, the dedicated leader of our 2015 Black and 2016 Black teams at Gala FC. Having been part of the club for about four to five years, Coach Brian’s journey with Gala began as a player before stepping into a coaching role two years ago. Now, he continues to give back to the club by helping develop some of our younger players and guiding them as they build their skills and confidence on the field.

A passionate supporter of FC Barcelona, Coach Brian draws inspiration from two of the club’s greatest legends—Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho. His favorite jersey number is the iconic number 10.

For Coach Brian, coaching success goes beyond wins and trophies. What he values most is the personal growth he sees in his players, as well as the development of leadership skills and confidence both on and off the field.

If he could witness any soccer match live, it would be the legendary clash between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid—one of the biggest rivalries in world soccer.

To Coach Brian, soccer is more than just a game—it’s his passion and his escape from the world. His favorite cleats are Nike Magistas and Nike Tiempos, reflecting his appreciation for both creativity and control on the ball.

When the weather makes training challenging, Coach Brian keeps things simple: “Just go—rain or shine, let’s play!” He believes improvement comes from showing up and putting in the work, no matter the conditions.

According to Coach Brian, the key traits of a successful soccer player include leadership, adaptability, discipline, and confidence. At Gala FC, he is excited to continue helping young players develop these qualities while building their love for the game.
