Meet Coach John, the dedicated leader of our U11 girls team at Gala FC. Known on the field as Coach John, he brings enthusiasm, encouragement, and a genuine passion for helping young players develop both their skills and their love for the game.

Coach John joined the Gala FC family about a year ago and quickly became a valued member of the coaching staff. Last season, he assisted Coach Raymond with the G15/16 girls team, helping guide the team through an outstanding first season that finished with an impressive 10–0 record. This year, he steps into a new role as the head coach of his own U11 girls team, where he looks forward to helping young players build confidence, develop their skills, and create a strong foundation in the game.

For Coach John, soccer truly is “the beautiful game.” He appreciates the teamwork, creativity, and passion that make the sport special for players and fans alike. If he could witness any match live, it would be an exciting World Cup matchup between the United States and Mexico.

When challenging weather arrives, Coach John keeps things in perspective. Having grown up in Southern California, he reminds himself that rainy training days are still better than extreme heat.
